Removes normal camera movement restrictions and lets the camera travel beyond the usual limits.
PC only: add --enable-dev-ui to the Steam launch options, load a city, press Tab, then select Unlimited Camera. Developer tools can affect achievements and may alter a save, so saving first is recommended.
